Defining activity transitions

You must define activity transitions to move the documents from one activity to the next. The activity transitions are connectors between the activities. These transitions define the next level for the documents after submission, approval, or rejection.

  1. Save the wf_activity_transition text file to the Custom data directory.
  2. Open the wf_activity_transition text file. Each activity has its own set of transition options related to the actions required for that activity.
    This table lists the transitions associated with each activity:

  3. Save the table.
