Adding a guest

You can use the Guest (alco_guest) table to create a set of guests. These guests are available for selection of any business entertainment purpose on the expense reports.

  1. Select Manage > Corporate Data.
  2. Select Guest in the Data Type field.
  3. Specify this information:
    First Name
    The first name of the guest.
    Last Name
    The last name of the guest.
    User Login
    The user login information of the guest.
    Title
    The appellation used for the guest.
    Company
    The company name with which the guest is employed.
    Type
    The type of guest. The guest can be External or Internal to the company.
    Guest ID
    The external ID of the guest.
    Status
    The status of the guest. The status can be Active or Inactive.
  4. Specify an external key, if required. See, Creating an external key.
  5. Click the Membership tab, if required, and add the data groups. See, Adding or removing data groups from a corporate date type.
  6. Click Add to search and add the guest lists, if required.
  7. Select a guest list and click Pick Selected. You can also multi-select guest lists and click Pick All.
  8. Click Add to save the data.
