Data Validation

This report is used for quick validation of documents in the reporting database. It can have up to four tables, one for each document type.

The report provides this information:

• Document Status
• # Doc in Transactional Db
• # Doc in Reporting Db

Note that the document counts may not be the same. Here are two possible reasons:

1. ETL may be configured to exclude documents in Create and other status.
2. When ETL starts, the process will record all the documents up to the timestamp. Any document changes after that timestamp will not be included. The transactional db document counts, however, will include all documents until ETL ends running.
