This report provides detailed information about the PTO balance of each employee. This report must be available to a restricted audience, given the sensitive nature of the data.

The report answers these questions:

  • What types of Paid Time Off have employees taken or reported?
  • What PTO balances do employees currently have remaining?
  • How many hours of PTO have employees accrued to date?

The report provides this information:

  • Employee Name
  • Name
  • Absence Type
  • Hours Taken to Date
  • Current Available Hours
  • Hours Accrued to Date

You are prompted for this information:

  • Employee absence type
  • Cost center
