This report provides a budget and actual spending comparison. Each table has a stack column chart to show period-by-period breakdown, and can be drilled into expense data by period. The report can help you answer these questions:

• In which period and where the money was spent?
• What are the spending trends?

You are prompted for this information:

• Period
• Account GL Code
• Cost center
• Report Currency (shown if applicable and it is optional)

Drill down by:

• Actual Paid in Amount from Cost Center table or chart
• Actual Paid in Amount from Project table or chart
