Adding address information

You can use the Address (alco_address) table to add, modify, or deactivate the corporate addresses and the PR Vendor addresses.

To add the address information:

  1. Click the Data tab.
  2. Select Address and click Show Tab. The Address screen is displayed.
  3. Click New. The Search for Address / New Address screen is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Primary Information panel:
    Name
    A unique name for the address.
    Address Line 1
    The first line of an organization or the individual's address.
    Address Line 2
    The second line of an organization or the individual address.
    City
    The city specified in the address.
    State/Province
    The state or province specified in the address.
    Country
    The country for the State/Province.
    Zip/Postal Code
    The zip or postal code for the address.
    Status
    The status of the address. The status can be Active or Inactive.
    External Key
    A unique external ID of the address, if required.
  5. Specify this information in the Additional Information panel:
    Description
    The description of the address.
    Phone
    The phone number specified in the address.
    Fax
    The fax number of the contact.
    URL
    The URL of the company website.
    Contact Name
    The contact person
    Contact Phone
    The phone number of the contact
    Contact E-mail
    The email address of the contact
  6. Click Add in the Membership section, if required, and add the data groups.
  7. Click Save to add an address information and save the data.
