Using the Visual Warehouse Configuration screen

  1. Select Facility > Warehouse > WMS > Administration > Facility Management > Visual Warehouse Config. The Visual Warehouse config screen is displayed.
  2. Click the General tab. The 3D Facility Refresh (min)field is displayed.
  3. Specify the time interval (in seconds) for updating the 3D drawing automatically on the Work View and Yard View pages.
    Note: The 3D drawing refreshes only on these pages when the configured interval is reached. Other pages do not refresh the 3D view automatically.
  4. Specify this information on the Work View tab:
    Periodic Refresh (min)
    The value that determines when the Work Monitor data refreshes automatically.
    Use Order Time
    The expected shipping time for orders. Possible values:
    • Scheduled Ship Date
    • Requested Ship Date
    Time
    The duration to display alert icons on the Work Monitor view.
    Note: Alert icons provide a visual indication of work progress.
    Parcel Modes
    The transportation modes preloaded for the facility. Possible values:
    • Air
    • Forwarder
    • Intermodal
    • LT
    • Motor
    • Ocean
    • Parcel
  5. Specify this information on the Yard View tab:
    Default Yard Location
    The default location to a trailer during check‑in.
    Default Appointment Duration
    The duration for a new appointment.
    Gate Check in/out
    If this check box is selected, trailers must complete the gate check‑in and check‑out as part of yard operations.
  6. Click Save.
