Adding a user to an activity

  1. Select the Work Monitor view from the View list menu on the Visual Worker Viewer screen.
  2. Specify the required area and activity.
  3. Select Actuals and click Open. The Actuals screen is displayed.
  4. Click the Labor tab.
  5. Click New in the user section. The Add Users window is displayed.
  6. Select the required users(s) and click Select. A list of fields is displayed.
  7. Specify this information:
    Area
    The work area for the user to perform the activity. You cannot modify value in this field.
    Shift
    The shift assigned to the user. Possible values:
    • First_Shift
    • Second_Shift
    • Third_Shift
    Role
    The specific role or job allocated to the user for the selected activity.
    Start
    The starting time of the assigned shift.
    Equipment
    The equipment allocated to the user for the activity.
    End
    The end time of the assigned shift.
  8. Click Select.
