Adding a user to an activity
- Select the Work Monitor view from the View list menu on the Visual Worker Viewer screen.
- Specify the required area and activity.
- Select Actuals and click Open. The Actuals screen is displayed.
- Click the Labor tab.
- Click New in the user section. The Add Users window is displayed.
- Select the required users(s) and click Select. A list of fields is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Area
- The work area for the user to perform the activity. You cannot modify value in this field.
- Shift
- The shift assigned to the user. Possible values:
- First_Shift
- Second_Shift
- Third_Shift
- Role
- The specific role or job allocated to the user for the selected activity.
- Start
- The starting time of the assigned shift.
- Equipment
- The equipment allocated to the user for the activity.
- End
- The end time of the assigned shift.
- Click Select.
