Activity tab (Assignment Picking)

This tab displays the upcoming work, user assignments, deadlines, estimated completion times, progress indicators, and workload distribution. This tab helps you understand the current workload, user allocation, and the predicted completion timelines to take informed decisions throughout the shift.

Assignments are consolidated based on these groups:

  • Created assignments: Assignments are generated when a wave is released.
  • Unreleased waves: Waves that are created or allocated, however not released. These assignments are displayed as aggregated lines.
  • Orders not on a wave: Orders that are not assigned to a wave. These assignments are grouped and aggregated based on the status.

The application performs a simulation to determine if orders complete on time or late, based on these rules:

  • The number of users assigned to the activity.
  • The scheduled or requested dates on orders, which determine the processing sequence.
  • The assignment order, which is sorted by scheduled date and time.

If you enable the Progress Switch option, the application displays the estimation completion time and progress in percentage for each assignment. The icons corresponding to each assignment displays if an assignment is on time, ahead of schedule, or late.

The left panel displays these key metrics:

  • Assigned Users: The total users working on the area or activity.
  • Idle In: The estimated time until all work is finished and users have no tasks left.
  • Total Effort: The total labor time for the day (hh:mm).
  • Completed: The labor time already completed (hh:mm).
  • Remaining: The labor time still required (hh:mm) to perform the activity.
  • Labor Needed: The additional labor time required to complete all work on time, based on simulation.
