Accessing the work monitor view

  1. Select Facility > Warehouse > WMS > Execution > Visual Work Viewer. The Visual Work Viewer screen is displayed.
  2. Select View and click Work Monitor. The Work Monitor view is displayed.
    Note: The Work Monitor view can be accessed only if you enable the VISUALWORKMONITOR parameter on the System Settings screen.
  3. Specify this information:
    Date
    The date on which warehouse work progress and planning data is displayed.
    Area
    The operational area in the warehouse, such as Picking, Packing, Dock, or Putaway.
    Activity
    The task performed in an area.
  4. Select one of these check boxes:
    Actuals
    If this check box is selected, the application displays the real‑time operational view for the selected area and activity on the Actuals screen. See, Labor actuals.
    Planning
    If this check box is selected, the application displays the planning mode, allowing you to define future labor allocation and workload distribution. See, Labor planning.
  5. Click Open.
