Replenishment Method tab

Use this tab to specify the type of replenishment performed to a location within the zone. You can also configure for cherry pick replenishment.

You can specify this information on the Replenishment Method tab:

Replenishment Method

The type of replenishment performed to a location within the zone. By default this field is set to Normal Replenishment. You can select Cherry Pick Replenishment from the dropdown menu.

Note: Cherry Pick Replenishment groups replenishments that are destined for a particular zone.

Ignore Inbound and Outbound Stage Locations for this From Zone

If this check box is selected, the application skips Inbound and Outbound Staging Locations when creating normal replenishments. The application applies this behaviour when staging locations exist for the From Zone or To Zone of the destination location.

Cherry Pick Replenishment

Note: 

• These fields correspond to the Cherry Pick Replenishment feature. Data entered in these fields are used to define the maximum amount of replenishments that can be combined onto a single pallet.
• Enter the maximum cube, weight, and case count for the cherry pick replenishment pallet. Required for Cherry Pick Replenishments only.

  Default value: 999999.00000.

Maximum Cube

The maximum cube defined for a cherry pick pallet. The application refers to the item standard cube when comparing maximum cube requirements.

Maximum Weight

The maximum weight defined for a cherry pick pallet. The application refers to the item standard gross weight when comparing maximum cube requirements.

Maximum Case Count

The maximum number of cases allowed on a cherry pick pallet. The application refers to the number of cases being replenished when comparing maximum case count requirements.

Maximum Number of License Plates

The maximum number of license plates (containers) to include when creating Cherry Pick replenishment tasks for the zone.

The application ensures that task creation stops after the specified number of LPNs is reached, enabling better control over workload and task size.
