Adding an outbound lot control by ship to entry
- Select Facility > Warehouse > WMS > Outbound > Outbound Control > Outbound Lot Control by Ship To. The Lot Control by Ship To screen is displayed.
- Click New. A list of fields is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Ship To
- The customer to whome the order is shipped. You can click the
Lookup icon and select the
Ship To customer from the list. Note: The list displayes only Ship To records that meet one of these conditions:
- The Last Shipped Lot Control field set to All Items or Select Items.
- The Allocation Lot Limit field set to 1 or No Limit. See, Ship To
- Owner
- The owner of the goods. You can click the Lookup icon and select the owner from the list.
- Item
- The SKU in which the item is located. You can click the Lookup icon and select the Item SKU from the list.
- Item Description
- The item description in the application.Note: By default, , the value in this field is populated and cannot be modified.
- Minimum Shelf Life
- The minimum shelf life required for lots used for the ship to.
- Allocation Lot Limit
- The maximum number of lots that can be used during the
pre-allocation process. Note: By default, the value in this field is set to No Limit. You can select Only 1 Lot from the list.
- Exclude Returned Lots
- The option that determines if the lots previously returned by the Ship To customer are excluded from allocation. By default, the value is set to No.
- Exclude Last Shipped
- The option that determines whether the Ship To customer accepts product with an expiration date or manufacturing date older than the product previously shipped. By default, the value is set to Yes.
- Last Shipped Expiration
- The expiration date of the last shipment made to the Ship To when the Shelf Life by Ship To option is enabled.
- Last Shipped Manufacturing
- The manufacturing date of the last shipment made to the Ship To when the Shelf Life by Ship To option is enabled.
- Lot Control by Attribute Key
- The key that defines the lot attribute rule. This key is used to
determine inventory eligibility during outbound allocation or picking.Note:
- This field is displayed only if the OBLOTCONBYLOTATTR parameter is enabled on the Feature Control screen.
- If the value in this field is specified, the inventory is evaluated based on the lot control rules defined on the Outbound Lot Control by Lot Attributes screen for the selected Lot Control by Attribute Key.
- If the value in this field is not specified, the application applies order-line attributes and standard WMS rules for the outbound processing.
- Click Save.
