IBC Smart Assistant Mapping

Use this screen to manage AI assistant configuration for application screens and define the information that the GenAI Assistant can use to provide contextual guidance. The screen displays all registered screens that participate in the AI assistant integration and serves as the starting point for configuring assistant behaviour.

The IBC Screen Assistant Mapping screen maintains the list of registered application screens and provides access to these GenAI assistant configuration areas:

• Suggested Agents
• Conversation Starters
• Suggested Focus Modes

These configurations determine the recommendations that are included in the Infor Business Context payload and made available to the GenAI Assistant for the selected screen.

The screen displays registered screens from the IBCAISCREENS table and allows administrators to identify the screens that are enabled for AI assistant integration.
