Configuring GENAI assistant mappings for a screen

You can select an application screen and configure the AI assistant recommendations associated with that screen. To configure the GENAI assistant mappings for a screen:
  1. Select Facility > ENTERPRISE > Enterprise > Administration > IBC Smart Assistant Mapping. The IBC Smart Assistant Mapping screen is displayed.
  2. Select list view and click the required record. The Conversation Starter tab is displayed.
  3. Click New. A list of fields is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Screen ID
    The unique identifier of the application screen.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Prompt ID
    The unique identifier of the conversation starter prompt.
    Prompt text
    The text to be displayed as a suggested prompt in the GenAI Assistant.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select the Suggested Agent tab and click New. A list of fields is displayed.
  7. Specify this information:
    Screen ID
    The unique identifier of the application screen.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Agent Name
    The name of the GENAI agent
    Agent Description
    The description of the GENAI agent
  8. Click Save.
  9. Select the Suggested Focus Mode tab and click New. A list of fields is displayed.
  10. Specify this information:
    Screen ID
    The unique identifier of the application screen.
    Note: The value in this field cannot be modified.
    Focus Mode Name
    The name of the focus mode recommended for the selected screen.
  11. Click Save.
