Multi-LPN Trip to Dock Labor Tracking
You must configure these settings to enable this functionality:
- Enable the LaborF7TripToDock parameter on the Feature Control screen.
- Disable the ENABLEMOVESFORTRIPTODOCK parameter on the System Settings screen. Else, the application adds the USERACTIVITY records for the individual LPNs that are moved during a Trip to Dock operation.
- Perform these actions on the Labor Management tab
of the Facility screen.
- Enable the check box.
- Enable the check box.
- Select Corners and Aisles from the dropdown menu in the Distance Calculation Method field.
- Perform these actions on the Zone screen:
- Select Task Directed from the dropdown menu in the Piece/Each field on the Pick Methods tab.
- Select Task Directed from the dropdown menu in the Inner Packs field on the Pick Methods tab.
- Select Task Directedfrom the dropdown menu in the Case field on the Pick Methods tab.
- When performing Assignment Picking, enable the check box on the Assignment Rules tab.
- Set the value in the Max Pick Lines field to 100.
- Create a labor standard task with the Trop To Dock task type on the Labor Standards tab. Ensure that these check boxes are
enabled:
- Display Actual
- Display Standards
- Display Performance
- Enable check box on the Detail tab.
- Ensure that all locations used in the Trip To Dock process belong to the same zone.
- Ensure that the equipment name matches the name of the associated in-transit location name.
- Perform these actions on the User screen:
- Enable the check box.
- Enable the check box.
