|
You can switch the option to or the feature. |
| UNPALLETIZEDINVPUTAWAYDIMRESTRICTIONS |
If this parameter is enabled, the Fit by Item Dims value is displayed in the Dimension Restrictions field on the Detail tab of the Putaway screen. You can select to access this screen. The option can be used for putaway involving unpalletized inventory. When this option is configured on aputaway strategy, the application compares the item Length and Width values defined on the Pack screen with the location Length and Width values defined on the Location screen to determine whether the item physically fits in the location. This setting used along with the Fit by Stack Limit dimension restriction configured on the Putaway screen. The Fit by Item Dimensions (Not Valid for Case or Pick Locations or Commingling) restriction determines whether the item can physically fit in the location, while the Fit by Stack Limit restriction determines whether sufficient capacity is available and the maximum number of units that can be stored in the location. For this validation to work correctly, the item Length and Width values must be defined on the Pack screen. Note: If the item dimensions exceed the location dimensions, the location is
rejected and the application evaluates the next eligible putaway location.
|
You can switch the option to or the feature. |
| ALLERGPUTHANDLING | If this parameter is enabled:
Users can define allergen classes, assign allergens to each class, and configure allergen compatibility rules for putaway operations. During system-directed and RF-assisted putaway, when the option is selected for the applicable putaway strategy detail, the application compares the allergen class assigned to the item with the allergen classes assigned to inventory stored in adjacent locations within the same stack. The application evaluates locations positioned above and below the candidate location using the configured allergen compatibility rules. If the location does not satisfy the configured allergen requirements, the application searches for another suitable location. This feature helps warehouses prevent allergen cross-contamination, enforce allergen storage requirements, improve regulatory compliance, and reduce manual intervention during putaway operations. |
You can switch the option to or the feature. |
| IBCForGenAI |
If this parameter is enabled, the application includes GenAI-specific context information in the Infor Business Context (IBC) payload for configured and active screens. | LaborF7TripToDock | If this parameter is enabled, during the outbound picking process, users can pick
one or more LPNs and press the F7 key in the RF application to move picked inventory
from the equipment area to a dock location. When the dock move is completed, the
application treats the movement as a single Trip To Dock transaction, regardless of
the number of LPNs being transported. Instead of creating individual labor records for each LPN, the application generates a single Trip To Dock labor activity and a single labor request for the entire dock transaction. To calculate labor standards, the application combines the quantity, weight, and cube of all moved LPNs included in the dock movement. The aggregated values are used to generate labor calculations and generate timesheet information. This enables accurate labor standard calculation and timesheet information. This approach ensures that labor standards and timesheet records accurately reflect the actual work performed, because a single physical trip to the dock is recorded as a single labor activity. Note:
|
You can switch the option to or the feature. |
| REPLNSHELFLIFE | If this parameter is enabled, the check box is displayed on the Task tab of the Owner screen.
When you select this check box, you can specify the shelf-life value in the Replenishment Shelf Life field on the Assign Locs tab of the Item
screen. During the replenishment process, the application evaluates the shelf life
value assigned to each pick location. The application directs inventory to the
appropriate pick face (EACH, CASE, or LAYER) that meets the shelf-life requirements
for each Ship To location. Automated shelf-life replenishment removes manual operator intervention. The process streamlines inventory movement and improves operational accuracy. Note: If this parameter is not enabled, the application considers inventory based on
standard replenishment and allocation rules.
