Creating cherry pick replenishment task

To create cherry pick replenishment tasks:

  1. Select Replen & Move from the RF device Main menu. The Replen & Move screen is displayed.
  2. Press More
  3. Press Cherry Pick Repl. The Cherry Pick screen is displayed.
  4. Press Create CP Tasks. The Create CP Tasks screen is displayed.
    Note: This option is displayed only if the CPTASKCREATE parameter is enabled on the System Settings screen.
  5. Specify this information:
    To License Plate
    The license plate number of the pallet where items are to be placed during replenishment.
    To Zone
    The zone to which the inventory is to be replenished.
    From Zone
    The zone from which the inventory is to be replenished.
    Note: 
    • This field is optional. The inventory is picked from the available From zones if this field is not specified.
    • If there is no Outbound Staging Location for the From zone, inventory is directly updated to the Inbound Staging Location of the target zone. Move task is not created in this case.
    • The Outbound Staging Location is determined based on the value specified in the Outbound Staging Location field on the Details tab of the Zone screen.
  6. Press Enter. The Cherry Pick Replenishment tasks are generated.
