Generating a conversation audit report
The report provides a detailed log of the conversation between two users in the RF application. A supervisor considers this as a base report, to review and interpret each message. The report helps to ensure all interactions comply with organizational communication policies and standards.
A supervisor can perform these actions based on the details in the communication report:
- Analyse each message in sequence to understand the progress of the conversation between two users.
- Filter conversations of a user to review relevant messages when harassment or inappropriate communication is reported.
