Generating a conversation audit report

The report provides a detailed log of the conversation between two users in the RF application. A supervisor considers this as a base report, to review and interpret each message. The report helps to ensure all interactions comply with organizational communication policies and standards.

A supervisor can perform these actions based on the details in the communication report:

  • Analyse each message in sequence to understand the progress of the conversation between two users.
  • Filter conversations of a user to review relevant messages when harassment or inappropriate communication is reported.

To generate a message audit report:

  1. Select Enterprise > Reports > Reports. The View Reports screen is displayed.
  2. Search and select the Messaging Audit report. The Messaging Audit screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Date From
    The start date for including messages in the report.
    Date To
    The end date for including messages in the report.
    User
    The login ID of the user for whom the messages are to be included in the report.
  4. Click Run Report.
