Viewing user login history

You can view user login history for a specific time. For example, you can use these results to identify the users within the Infor Supply Chain Execution application when a system slow-down or disruption occurred.

  1. Within the Enterprise facility, select Enterprise > Administration > User Audit > User Login History.
  2. Specify the date/time search criteria:
    • For a list of users within a specific date/time range, click Calendar in the From-Date Time field to select the start date/time of the search range and click OK . Click Calendar in the To-Date Time field to select the end date/time of the search range and click OK . Click Search to display the list of user login records within the specified date/time range. The list displays in the detail portion of the screen.
    • For a list of active users during a specific date/time, click Calendar in the Active Date Time field to select the specific date/time and click OK. Click Search to display the list of active users who logged in before the specified date/time and logged out after the specified date/time. The list displays in the detail portion of the screen.
    • Detail information
      • User ID
      • Component
      • Full Name
      • Log-in Date Time
      • Log-out Date Time
      • Session ID
      • IP-Address
  3. Within the detail information portion of the screen, specify the information into the filter row and click Search to filter the displayed entries. For the Component field, select a value from the list to filter the Component entries. For the Log-in/Log-out Date Time fields, you can click Calendar and select the specific date to filter the Date Time entries.
    Note: The Session ID information displays to differentiate between multiple logins by the same user.
  4. Click Reset to clear the current date/time search criteria and specify other search criteria.
