Creating a question strategy

  1. Select Facility > Warehouse > Configuration > Strategies > Questions Strategy. The Questions Strategy screen is displayed.
  2. Click New. A list of fields is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    General Question Strategy
    The name for the question strategy.
    General Question Type
    The type of question. Possible values:
    • Trailer Questions
    • Load Questions
    Description
    A description of the question strategy.
    Sequence
    The order in which questions are displayed during execution.
    Trailer Question/Check
    The question to be answered by user or operator.
    Category
    The category to which the question strategy belongs.
    Answer Type Format
    The expected format of the answer.
  4. Click Save.
