Billing

Billing information is held at the Enterprise level. Screen labels, reports, and standard code descriptions are displayed in the language initially installed at the Enterprise level.

Default billing data is sent with the billing system. Descriptions and default codes are created in the initial language installed. All of the default data is user-defined and can be deleted and specified by users in any language.

When the Enterprise level language is updated, the default data description fields are updated to the new language and are displayed only in that language. Standard code descriptions are added and are displayed dependent on your locale.

English exceptions are the activity type and detail on the Activity UI screen.

To modify the enterprise language for Billing on the UI:

  1. Within the Enterprise facility, select Enterprise > Administration > Translation > Enterprise Language.
  2. Select the Billing Component.
  3. In the Locale field, select the language to maintain.
  4. Click Execute.
