Creating a service window

  1. Select Facility > Warehouse > WMS > Appointment > Service Window. The Service Window screen is displayed.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Service Window Name
    Specify a name for the service window slot.
    Description
    Specify a description for the service window slot.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Refresh if the service window does not display in the list.
