Viewing inactive users
You can view inactive user information based on usage parameters including users who have been inactive for a specific time and users who have never logged into the Infor Supply Chain Execution application.
- Within the Enterprise facility, select Enterprise > Administration > User Audit > Inactive Users.

Specify one or both of the two available inactive user search
selections.
- Number of days since last log-in: Select the check box next to the selection and specify the number of days since the last log-in to search for the users who have not logged in since prior to the specified number of days from the current date. The default value for this selection is that the check box is selected but the specified number of days is 0 (zero). You can only specify the number of days if the check box is selected.
- Users who never logged-in: Select the check box next to the selection to search for the users who were created in the system but have never logged into the application. The default value for this selection is that the check box is not selected.

Click
Search to display the
inactive user records that match the specified criteria. The list displays in
the detail portion of the screen.
- Detail information
- User ID
- Component
- Full Name
- Log-in Date Time
- Log-out Date Time
- IP-Address
- Detail information
- Within the detail information portion of the screen, specify the information into the filter row and click Search to filter the displayed entries. For the Component field, select a value from the list to filter the Component entries. For the Log-in/Log-out Date Time fields, click Calendar and select the specific date to filter the Date Time entries.
- Click Reset as necessary to clear the currently specified inactive user search criteria and specify other search criteria.
