Feature Control

This section describes the feature controls that are available for WMS.

These controls are accessible through Administration > Feature Control. By default, the feature flags are disabled. Enabling the flag will allow you to use the feature in WMS.

This table describes the groups that are listed under the Feature Control page. Expand each group to see the list of feature flags.

LMACTIONS Load Maintenance Actions.

When enabled, the Ship option is available under the Actions tab on the Load Maintenance page.

Forward Only

Enabling this group type means you cannot disable the group.

OUTBOUNDLABELPRINTBYPOOLINGATZONE Outbound Label Printing based on Pooling or at zone.

When enabled, the Label Printer field is available when creating a new user under the User page and the Auto Print Carton Content Label checkbox is available under the Zone page.

Forward Only

Enabling this group type means you cannot disable the group.

RAINBOWPALLETPUTAWAYQTYVALIDATION Rainbow Pallet Putaway Quantity Validation.

With this flag enabled, the Drop ID column is available for the rainbow pallet under the Inventory Transaction page.

2025.04 Features in 2025.04 Release. Flex

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.

This table lists the feature flags that can be enabled or disabled under each group. You can have more than one feature flag under each group.

When shipping loads, you can only ship from the Actions tab.

When printing labels, the labels are sent to the printer associated to the first zone where the case ID is picked from.

RAINBOWPALLETPUTAWAY Feature for Rainbow Pallet Putaway Quantity Validation.

When viewing inventory transactions, the Rainbow Pallet ID column and field changes to the Drop ID.

T2VINTRL Feature for Configuration Management for local packages. Flex

INTTRANSFERADVSERIAL Internal Transfer Advanced Serial Entry. You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
WMSBIRSTREPORTSTOIDM Send WMS Birst Report to IDM. You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
RLSASSIGNLASTPCK Release Inactive Assignment Based on Last Pick.

The assignments that are not active are automatically released or cleared, based on the status of the most recent pick operation.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
INTEGRATIONLOGSRESETERROR Integration Logs Screen Reset Error Enhancement.

This feature allows you to enable the Reset Error option. This option is used to clear multiple logs from the Integration Logs screen.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
PTGSORTBYLOTTABLE Pick to Grid Sort by Requested Lottable.

The PTG (Pick To Grid) Sort feature prioritizes and sorts the order details, if lottables are specified for an order.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
SHORTPICKTOZERO If the feature is enabled, the Clear All Allocated Inventory from Pick Location after First Short Pick check box is displayed on the Reason screen.

This feature is used to move inventory from the pick location to a configured location when the inventory for a first pick item is not available at the pick location.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
MOVEZEROCOUNTCC Move zero cycle counts to location.

This feature enables you to move items in the inventory based on the system data. This feature is used when the correct inventory data is not displayed in the RF device when performing the cycle count.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
STOPCOMPMSGFORDA Stop complete message for DA Pick by Load.

This feature allows system to display a confirmation message when a RF user completes all picks for a stop based on load ID before moving to the next stop. This helps in proper loading on the truck during pre-staging.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
SHELFLIFEREQDELIVDTE If this parameter is enabled, the Use Requested Delivery Date with Shelf Life Allocation check box is displayed on these screens:
  • Owner (Task tab)
  • Shipment Order Header (Ship tab)

This feature enables the system to determine the appropriate inventory item for shipment order allocation, based on the requested delivery date and the outbound shelf life of the item.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
INVBALCSPL When this feature is enabled, the system displays the Case On Hand and Pallet On Hand fields on theInventory Balance screen. These fields are used to view case and pallet level quantities for each inventory item. You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
PAFORLOCATIONSTATUS

Putaway strategy for location status.

If this parameter is enabled, the Location Status field is displayed on the Location Detail tab of the Putaway screen.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
IGNORESTAGELOCPUT

Ignore Staging Locations for Putaway.

If this parameter is enabled, the IGNORESTAGELOCPUT system parameter is displayed on the System Settings screen.

This functionality is used to skip the inbound and outbound pick and drop (PND) locations for the putaway task.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
TALLYPCKDETAILS Record Tally Picking Details.

If this parameter is enabled, the TALLYPCKDETAILS system parameter is displayed on the System Settings screen.

You can switch the option to Enable or Disable the feature.
EXPIREDAGEDINVHOLD Auto Hold of expired inventory or aged inventory using threshold days.
If this parameter is enabled:
  • When the Expiration Auto Hold by Lot job is run, the system puts on hold the inventory lots that are expired or close to the expiry date based on item settings.
  • The Shelf Life Auto Hold By Lot – Expired, Shelf Life Auto Hold By Lot – Pre-Expired, and Shelf Life Auto Hold Threshold Days fields are displayed on the Outbound tab of the Item screen.
