Extension Alerts screen

When a Host generates BODs for import into Infor WMS, there may be times when an error is generated from data within the BOD. It appears the BOD has not imported, but the specific reason for the error can be found in the Extension Alerts screen. To verify if a BOD import has generated an error in Infor WMS, administrators can first select Enterprise > Administration > Extension Alerts to check error. Import errors at the Enterprise and Warehouse Level are reported on this screen.

This screen captures BOD import errors and reports the error generated. This information is taken from the incoming BOD that generated the error and reported in the BODID field:

  • ID = BOD ID from the incoming BOD (can be used in ION OneView search filter)
  • LOC = LocationID taken from the BOD, or schema location where error was generated
  • AE = accountingEntity taken from the BOD
  • VAR = variationID used in the BOD if present
