Forecast data comparison
You can compare data between two forecasts using the Forecasts tab. This option enables you to view forecast data simultaneously, for easy analysis and strategic planning. The status of the forecast records must be set to Complete before comparing.

Note: The date range in both forecasts must match accurately. If the forecasts have different start dates (for example, one starts on Sunday and the other on Monday), an error message is displayed, and the data is not compared.
In comparison mode, the Forecast Details screen is divided into two sections:
- Graphical View: Displays a line graph with two lines, each representing one of the selected forecasts.
- Grid View: Lists separate forecast detail records for the selected forecasts in a tabular format.
You can view and modify the forecast values only if the Editable check box is selected for a forecast record on the Forecasts tab. Else, you can only view the data. The value column in the grid is labeled with the name of the forecast.
If an adjustment exists and the Forecasts tab, the adjustments are displayed in a column. The graph is updated based on the adjusted values.
