Forecasts tab

This tab enables you to create a forecast for the selected forecast group. Each forecast can consist of multiple forecast records with the related details. Once the forecast is created, the application displays the graphical representation of the forecast data on the Forecast Details screen. You can specify this information on the Forecasts tab:

Name

The name of the forecast.

Source

The source of the forecast. Possible values:

• New
• Imported File
• API
• Duplicated

Status

The state of the forecast. Possible values:

• New
• Complete
• Error

Editable

If this check box is selected, the forecast values can be modified.

Apply Adj

If this check box is selected, the required adjustments are applied to the forecast.

On the Forecasts tab, you can select a record and perform these actions:

• Import the file from the system, using the Import option. See Importing the forecast data.
• Delete the required records, using the Delete option.
• Export the forecast data, using the Export option. See Exporting the forecast data.
• Create a new forecast record from the existing record, using the Duplicate option.
• Compare the data between the forecast records, using the Compare option. See Forecast data comparison.
