Configuring IDM Report Properties

  1. Select Facility > WMS > Administration > IDM Report Properties. The IDM Report Properties screen is displayed.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Report Id
    The unique ID for a report.
    Note: This value is defaulted from the Reports Configuration screen.
    Document Type
    The name of the document type.
    Note: This value is defaulted from the IDM Document Types screen.
    Is Base
    Indicates if the record related to the report is primary.
    Note: You can delete the record only if this check box is cleared.
    Send Report to IDM
    If this check box is selected the report is sent to IDM.
    Note: The report can be sent to IDM only if the Send WMS Birst Report to IDM parameter is enabled on the Feature Control screen.
    Context Value
    The value specifies whether the report is generated from UI (such as ASN, Shipment Order or Wave screens).
    Note: This value is defaulted from the System screen. See the Adding codes topic in the Configuring System Codes module of the Configuration Guide.
    IDM Attribute Name
    The name of the attribute to be linked to the document type.
    Report Parameter Name
    The name of the Birst report parameter that contains the Birst parameter names associated with the corresponding report ID.
    Is Required
    Indicates if the report parameter is required to send the report to the IDM.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: If a combination of report ID, document type and context value already exists, an error message is displayed.
