Creating IDM document types

  1. Select Facility > Administration > IDM Document Types. The IDM Document Types screen is displayed.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Document Type
    The name of the document type.
    Entity Name
    The name of the entity. The value is defaulted from the IBC Maintenance screen. See IBC Maintenance.
    IDM Attribute Name
    The name of the IDM attribute.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • If a combination of attribute and document type already exists, the Attribute already exists for this Doctype error message is displayed.
    • You can delete the record from the list view, if the IDM attribute is deleted for the document type in the details view.
    • You can only modify the values, if the record is successfully created.
