Logging on Windows server

Select Windows System > Command Prompt > More > Run as administrator. Note that these menu selections are based on a Windows 10 system; your options may be different. To ensure you have permissions to write to the file system, launch the command prompt as Run as administrator. From the command prompt, go to the metarf folder and run metarf.exe -l using a lowercase L as the parameter. Five log files are created in the metarf folder or in the folder specified in a TMPDIR environment variable. The rfuser account must have read and write permissions to create and write log files in that folder.

Alternatively, a shortcut can be added to the Windows Desktop and the lowercase L can be added in the Target field.
