From the command prompt, go to the metarf folder and run metarf.exe -l using a lowercase L as the parameter. Five log files are created in the metarf folder or in the folder specified in a TMPDIR environment variable. The rfuser account must have read and write permissions to create and write log files in that folder.
Alternatively, a shortcut can be added to the Windows Desktop and the lowercase L can be added in the Target field.
