Shipping loads using an RF device

To ship load tasks on an RF device:

  1. Access the RF device Main menu.
  2. From the RF device Main menu, select Outbound Menu. The Outbound Mgmt (OBM) screen is displayed.
  3. Click Ship by ID. The RF Ship (SH14) screen is displayed.
  4. Scan or specify the LPN to ship. This can be any of the following;
    • Case ID created during allocation
    • Drop ID created during picking or packing
    • The Trailer Number assigned to a load
    Note: 
    • This screen is also available on other RF menus within Outbound Management.
    • If a duplicate transship LPN exists, a warning message is displayed.
    • You must enable the ALLOWDUPTRANSSHIPCNTRLOAD parameter on the System Settings screen, to scan or manually specify duplicate transship LPNs.
  5. Click Search. A list of all items for each external shipment is displayed.
    Note: If you select an item, the additional details related to the item are displayed.
  6. Select an item from the list and press Enter twice.
