Note: If Voice Picking is enabled, you can use the area name to confirm the area. To use this option, the “Prompt_To_Capture_Area_From_User” setting must be enabled in the Task Package by the Voice Administrator. When enabled, the voice picker spells the area name using the NATO alphabet.
    Voice Alias
The voice alias number assigned to the area.
Note: You can use the area name or voice alias number to confirm the area when Voice Picking is enabled. To use this option, the “Prompt_To_Capture_Area_From_User” setting is enabled in the Task Package by the Voice Administrator. When enabled, the voice picker spells the area name using the NATO alphabet.

In the second prompt, Voice announces the item description or ID. The operator confirms using the item ID or Alt SKU. In the third prompt, Voice announces the pick quantity and UOM.
    Type of Delivery Prompt
This is the indicator that determines the type of delivery prompt for that area. Prompts with Delivery Location means that Voice prompts the operator with the delivery location and waits for the operator to say ready. Prompt and Validate Delivery Location means that Voice prompts the operator with the delivery location and waits for the operator to confirm it by saying the delivery location and ready. None means that Voice does not prompt the operator with delivery information.

    • This option is used to reprint the additional LPN labels in the Voice Picking process.
    • This check box must not be selected, if receiving labels do not require to be printed.

This setting determines if a drop ID is required or optional for each pick.
