Verifying the background job status

  1. Select WMS > Administration > Background Job Process Review. The Background Job Process Review screen is displayed.
  2. Select a job that you require to view the status.
  3. View this information on the Job Status Details tab:
    • Run Flag
    • Entry Time
    • Status Message
    • Error Message
  4. View this information on the Job Details tab:
    • Parameter Name
    • Parameter Value
    • Status
      Note: If multiple BOM order lines are available for the shipment order, the status of each order lines is displayed.
    • Error Message
  5. Click Unlock, if required.
    Note: 
    • You can release the job that is not completed, based on the time specified for the BackgroundProcessUnlockTime parameter.
    • An error message is displayed if you perform the loading task for the same LPN, which is in process.
    • After the job is completed, the Run Flag field is set to End, and the Status Message field is set to RF Shipping Completed Successfully.
