Question History Log

Use this screen to view responses to questions that were generated through the configured Questions Strategy. This screen serves as a historical record, supporting traceability and auditability of user inputs across various operational workflows. For example, if a Trailer Check strategy is assigned to a trailer type, and questions are answered during that check, the responses are automatically logged on the Question History Log screen.
