Reviewing the import logs

To review the import logs:

  1. Within the Enterprise facility level, select Enterprise > Administration > Imports > Logs.
  2. Review the status for each import record. The status is displayed as Completed Successfully or Completed with Errors.
  3. Click the Download icon in the Error File column to download the generated error file.
    Note: This icon is enabled only for records with Completed with Errors status.
  4. Click the Download icon in the Imported File column to download the imported file.

    You can download the imported file to review and modify the required changes based on the errors, and re-import the Excel file. See Importing the Excel spreadsheet via the master import feature or Importing an Excel spreadsheet using the Import feature on a screen.

    Note: 
    • The record is set to Paused status if the file processing is interrupted due to maintenance or other issues. The processing is resumed automatically after the issue is resolved. When importing roles, you cannot set the status of the record to Paused.
    • The Rows Processed column displays the number of rows processed until the pause in the processing.
