Assigning a cycle class to an item

To assign a cycle class to an item:

  1. Select Configuration > Item. The Item screen is displayed.
  2. In the Item Search field, specify the name of the item to be assigned a Cycle Class and click Search.
  3. Click the Detail icon for the item. The Item Detail screen is displayed.
  4. Click the Cycle/Costs tab.
  5. In the Cycle Class field, select the appropriate Cycle Class definition.
  6. Click Save.
    Note: 
    • Application-generated cycle counts are not automatically created in the Task Manager/RF-directed Task Queue as tasks. Users are required to Release Cycle Counts into the Task Manager/RF-directed Task Queue.
