Counting for item and location

To count for item and location:

  1. From the RF device Main menu, select Item and Loc. The Physical Count (PH04) screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Team
    Press A or B.
    Ownr
    Owner of the item being counted.
    Item
    Item being counted.
    Loc
    Current location of the item.
    Qty
    Quantity of item at the location.
    Uom
    Defaults to EA (Each). The operator can change the unit of measure if the quantity entered is in a different UOM. For example, the operator can record the count in cases instead of eaches.
    Pack
    Defaults to STD (Standard). The operator can change the quantity count and unit of measure using a different pack code.
  3. To complete the count, press Enter. If the quantity counted matches the application quantity, the count is complete. If the count does not match the application quantity, the message shown below displays.

  4. To exit the message, press Esc. The screen shown below is displayed to allow the count to be performed at the Lot and Locate and LPN level.

  5. Input all detailed count information for the item.
  6. When the count is complete, press Esc to return to the Main menu.
