Create license plate holds from RF

To create LPN holds from RF:

  1. From the RF Main Menu, select Inventory Control. The Inventory Control (Y1) screen displays.
  2. Select Create Hold. The Create Hold (HC1) screen displays.
  3. Use the Arrow keys or press I to scroll through available options. Select ID (LPN) to create a hold for a specific license plate.
  4. Press Enter to start the hold creation process. The HC3 screen displays.
  5. Specify this information:
    LPN
    Specify the License Plate to place on hold.
    Rsn
    Specify the Hold Reason Code. Use the F2 key to display a list of valid hold reason codes.
    Hold Comment (optional)
    Specify a comment to apply to the new license plate hold record.
  6. Press Enter to create a hold record for the license plate.
