Accessing other inventory screens from the Detail Inventory screen

You can access other inventory screens from the Detail Inventory screen by clicking the Other Inventory Views button and selecting the applicable inventory view. When you select another inventory screen from the list, the inventory view is displayed on a new tab. You can navigate between the Detail Inventory screen and other inventory screens by clicking the associated tab for each screen. See the Infor WMS Introduction and Navigation User Guide for additional information on screen tabs.

From the Detail Inventory screen, you can access these screens:

• Item and Location: Displays inventory totaled by item and location within the facility. For assigned pick location (CASE or EACH), the type can be seen as well as the replenishment minimums and maximums that have been designated to the item / location. • Lot and Item: Displays inventory summarized by each lot. This is the only screen that shows pre-allocated quantity since that information is only available by lot. See, Viewing the Lot and Item inventory screen.
• Lot and LPN: Displays inventory totals by Lot and LPN. If a license plate contains multiple lots or items, there will be multiple records for the LPN. See, Viewing the Lot and LPN inventory screen.
• Lot and Location: Displays inventory balance for each lot and in the current location. See, Viewing the Lot and Location inventory screen.
• Item Summary: Displays the total inventory balances for the selected item. See, Viewing the Item Summary inventory screen.
• Location Summary: Displays inventory balances totaled by location. Does not list the item that is in the location. See, Viewing the Location Summary inventory screen.
• Inventory on Hold: Displays the Inventory on Hold screen. See, Viewing the Inventory On Hold screen.
• Serial Inventory: Displays the Serial Inventory screen. See, Viewing the Serial Inventory screen.
