Requesting the status change using an API

To modify the status of the inventory record:

  1. Select Execution > Inventory > Change Status Request by Interface. The Status Change Request By Interface page is displayed.
  2. Select a record from the list with the change type LPN.
    Note: 
    • You can modify the status of a record only if the Change Status field is set to Pending.
    • You must select one record to modify the status.
  3. Click Finalize from the Actions menu. A pop-up window is displayed.
  4. Select the record.
  5. Click CHECK QTY. The Selected Quantity field populates the value based on the Total Quantity field.
    Note: 
    • You cannot modify these field values.
    • The Remaining Quantity field displays the outstanding quantity from the total quantity.
  6. Click Save. The status for the selected record is modified to Finalized after successful validation.
    Note: The status of the LOT change type record can be modified directly using the Finalize option from the Actions list.
