Cancelling counts

You can cancel counts so that they are not used. When you select to cancel counts, the counts are changed to Cancelled status. Counts in cancelled status cannot be edited or posted.

To cancel counts:

  1. Select Facility > Warehouse > WMS > Execution > Cycle Count > New Physical Control. The New Physical Control screen is displayed.
  2. Click Search to display the list of records.
  3. Select the applicable control number currently on hold.
  4. Click Actions > Cancel Count.
