Inquiring about cases

Crossdock allows you to use an RF device to inquire about specific cases that have been consolidated to pallets or outbound vehicles before shipment. The Case Inquiry screen allows you to view detailed information about a particular case.

  1. From the RF device select Main > Outbound Mgmt. The Outbound Mgmt (OBM) screen is displayed.
  2. Select Order Contents. The Order Contents (ORDC) screen is displayed.
  3. Select CS Cont x Pick. The Case Inq. (IQCSSKU) screen is displayed.
  4. In Case, specify the case ID number and press Enter twice. The Case Contents (IQ05) screen is displayed.
  5. To return to the main menu, press Esc.
