Configuring job through job list
- Select . The Job List screen is displayed.
- Click NEW to create a new job.
- Specify the information in the Description, Application Type, and Type fields.
- Select the required purge process in the Class field.
- Specify the Script ID available for the purge process in the Parameter Values field. The Script ID is listed on the Archive Setup screen.
- Select the required job from the list.
- Click RUN NOW to run the job successfully.
Note:
- You can verify the status of the job using the History screen from the menu. The status of the job is set to Success when the purging job runs successfully.
- You can view the list of records that are purged using the Application Alerts window from the menu.
