Pallet exchange entry on shipment orders

The pallet exchange screen allows you to enter pallet exchange information for tracking various container types related to a shipment order.

To create pallet exchange tracking:

  1. Select a warehouse and then select WMS Workbench > Outbound > Shipment Order.
  2. Use the Search feature to find a specific shipment order.
  3. Select the appropriate shipment order to access the Shipment Order header.
  4. Click the Pallet Exchange tab.
    Note:  This tab is only visible if the Trading Partner has Pallet Tracking enabled.
  5. Click New, then specify necessary field information for tracking containers on this shipment order.
    Responsible Party
    Select the Trading Partner for whom the pallet exchange tracking is being recorded.
    Pallet
    Select the Pallet type which is being tracked.
    Qty In
    Specify the quantity of pallets ( being tracked) brought in with this Shipment Order.
    Condition In
    Select the condition of these pallets being brought in with this shipment order.
    Qty Out
    Specify the quantity of pallets ( being tracked) which are going out of the warehouse.
    Condition Out
    Select the condition of these pallets which are going out of the warehouse.
  6. Select the Trading Partner for whom the pallet exchange tracking is being recorded.
  7. Click Save.
