Defining the operations record header

				Select . The system displays the Operations list view.

				Click New. The system displays
					the Operation Header/Detail form.

				Use the field
					information below to define the Operation header.

				Use the steps in the
						Assigned Elements
					tab section to assign elements to this operation. When you finish, click
						Save to save the
					header information. 
				
					
						
							- Code 
 
							- Specify the ID for this operation. 
 
						
						
							- Description 
 
							- Type a full description of this operation. 
 
						
						
							- Usage 
 
							- The number of operation chooser records that are currently
								referencing this operation. You can view these records on the
									Associated
									Operation Choosers tab. 
 
						
						
							- Active 
 
							- Indicates whether this operation is active. If this checkbox is not
								selected, the system will not consider this information when
								calculating standards even if it is included as part of an
								operation. 
 
						
						
							- Notes 
 
							- Any comments or notes about this operation record. 
 
						
						
							- Last Updated by 
 
							- The user that last updated this record. 
 
						
						
							- Last Updated on 
 
							- The date and time this record was last updated.
