Counting at the lot, location and license plate level

To count at the Lot, Location, and LPN level:

  1. Select Lot, Loc, Lpn. The Physical Count (PH03) screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Team
    Press A or B.
    Loc
    Current location of the item.
    Ownr
    Owner of the item being counted.
    Item
    Item being counted.
    Lpn
    License plate number associated with the item being counted.
    Lot
    Lot for the item.
    Qty
    Quantity of item at the location.
    Uom
    Defaults to EA (Each). The operator can change the unit of measure if the quantity entered is in a different UOM. For example, the operator can record the count in cases instead of eaches.
    Pack
    Defaults to STD (Standard). The operator can change the quantity count and unit of measure using a different pack code.
  3. To complete the count, press Enter. The same screen returns to perform the next count.
