Creating a service window

  1. Select WMS > Appointment > Service Window.
  2. 1 Click New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Service Window Name
    Specify a name for the service window slot.
    Description
    Specify a description for the service window slot.
  4. Click Save.
  5. If the service window does not display in the list, click Refresh.
