Logging in the Honeywell HTML5 Browser

Logging debug information to the socket server when using an RF device only captures information that happens after login. To capture logging including the login activity directly on the Honeywell device, use the HTML5 Browser logging.

  1. On the Honeywell device, select Program Files > HTML5 Browser.
  2. Set DEBUG_LOG=1 in the env.ini file.
  3. Add parameter &DBG=DEBUG,ERROR,ALL to the end of the URL.
  4. Log back into Web RF.
    • The debug_log.txt file in Program Files > HTML5 Browser contains all logging. This file is erased at browser startup.
  5. Before the next browser restart, retrieve the information from the debug_log.txt file.
