Shipping orders from the shipment order screen

On the shipment order screen, from the List view, you can select multiple orders and then choose Ship. The system changes the order detail line status and the header status of the orders to Shipped.

You can also select order detail lines for shipment in the Detail List View.

To ship multiple orders from the shipment order screen:

  1. Select Outbound > Shipment Order. The Shipment Order screen is displayed.
  2. Open an order and click Actions and select Ship. A confirmation message is displayed. Click OK to confirm. The system changes the status of the detail lines and of the header for the order that is open.
  3. To ship additional orders, display the List View.
  4. Select multiple orders then click Actions and select Ship. A message is displayed that lists the number of orders that you selected for shipping.
  5. Click OK to confirm.
