Viewing load status

The status of outbound loads can be viewed from the workstation or RF display. The following is an overview of the stages of a load ID route.

Status	Description
New	A load is created but is not open.
Open	At least one load task is complete or the user manually updated the load to open status. When you use the RF license plate load, the operator must update the status to open to start the load process.
Loaded	All load tasks are complete, but the load has not shipped.
Closed	An operator selected the option to close the load. This prevents loading additional product to the trailer.
Shipped	The load has shipped.
